Two bedroom, one bath, 1000 square feet, remodeled kitchen and bath, hardwood floors, some antiques, large garden with french doors, deck, roses and trees. This is my home and is very comfortable in a fairly quiet, but urban neighborhood. Drive/15 minutes to beach; 40 minutes to downtown Los Angeles and USC; 45 minutes to UCLA; walking distance to stores, bus, restaurants and library.
