This is our family home and we would like to share it with you. Our home has 3 BR (although currently set-up as 2 BR + study, we can provide single beds in bedrooms 2 and 3). Master BR has a queen bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom with shower, the 2nd BR has built-in-robes. There is also a second bathroom, including shower and bath. Modern open plan living area and kitchen with flat screen tv, dvd player, European stove and cooktop, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-con. Wireless internet and printer. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, daycare (childcare) and local schools, as well as easy access to Adelaide O-Bahn bus and Linear Park. Easy bus transportation to Uni Adelaide and UniSA (City and Mawson Lakes). There is an off-street car park, and a lockable gate, but the small garage and a shed will both be locked and contain our storage, and are not included in a rental. |
