The guesthouse is of casual elegance & style in a serene setting on the backside of an acre site, with an expansive landscaped yard and a mission style main house fronting the street. The casita is ideal for a single person or couple.
It has a completely private and secluded sensation, once within the landscaped site and the interior of the house. I reside in the main house with my dogs and daughter, who is an intermittent resident.
It has been recently renovated into an open flowing floor plan, reflecting the spaciousness found in a contemporary loft. There are three separate entrances to the house, surrounded by extensive gardens and expansive views of the mountains, fully equipped outdoor rooms, patios, pool and adjacent spa/hot tub house.
The casita is furnished with all new cabinets and appliances in the kitchen; stove, microwave, refrigerator and toaster oven. Complete with pots and pans, dishes and all utensils necessary for a full operating kitchen.
All rooms have bay-windows, which act as built-in furniture for an expansive feel within the bedroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen, dining and living rooms all flow together creating a large main living area.
Additionally, there is a completely furnished bedroom, with all linens, walk-in closet, desk and sitting area within the original redwood high-ceiling pavilion.
The bathroom has a benched shower and all necessary towels; adjacent to the built-in washer/dryer area. All utilities and site services are included; water, electric, gas, cable, internet, gardener and pool.
