Our spacious and sunny Beletage flat (1300 sq ft, 120 qm) with South-facing balcony is situated in a quiet street in the popular and lively Akazienkiez neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants, cafes and little shops, in Schöneberg. The flat is fully furnished, has hardwood floors, high ceilings and beautiful old stucco, doors and windows. It has a big living room and bedroom, and the second bedroom is set up as a study with a sofabed for guests. The subway (Eisenacher Str) is only a three-minute walk away, the overground train (Julius-Leber-Brücke) eight minutes. All universities are within easy reach. We are renting the flat from September 2013 to July 2014 (though we are somewhat flexible on the dates).
