The location is perfect for town, the University and access to King Heath and Moseley, close by bus stops, five minutes between Bournville and Kings Norton stations, and by the canal, which leads to the city and the University (30 or 10 minutes by foot or bike).
My back garden is a paradise for gardeners, and those who like sitting in the sun with a G and T in hand. South-facing, with large pond, flower beds, patios, two raised beds for veggies and fruits, and a potting shed at rear. It abuts a sunken, freight only railway line so is not overlooked and the tree lined track hosts barn owls, foxes and all manner of bird. |
