Enjoy living in our recently remodeled 1,482 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome in Boulder, steps away from miles of open space, foothill trails, and unobstructed views of the nearby Flatirons and the mountains. The Shanahan Ridge neighborhood is quiet and friendly, right at the south edge of Boulder, but only 10 minutes from the University of Colorado campus by car, 15 by bike, 12 by public transportation (a SKIP bus-stop is a 1-minute walk from our home).
The main level has new hickory flooring throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless steel appliances and custom-designed cabinets. The spacious living room-dining area is illuminated by windows facing open space and the mountains, with a ceiling fan for the summer months. A sliding door opens to two decks and a small fenced yard. The sunny master bedroom and bath in the carpeted upper level have sliding doors opening to a small balcony.
The newly carpeted and painted lower level, with all windows above ground level, has a recently remodeled full bath, two bedrooms, and a utility room (with full-sized washer and dryer) large enough to serve as a comfortable office. There is a detached, one-car garage and ample off-street parking.

Our home has a non-smoking history and no smoking will be allowed by tenants or their visitors. We prefer no pets and are allergic to cats, but small pets other than cats will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The townhouse is professionally managed by a reliable property manager in Boulder (never a charge to renters), so help is always available in case of any problems.
Preferred lease dates July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.
