Semi-private rec room/ living room (free weights, chin-up bar, Concept 2 rowing machine, Cable TV/DVD, pull-out love seat) and shared laundry, with large laundry sink are adjacent to private space.
The private space is lightly furnished with a very good “full-size” platform bed with firm mattress, desk and desk chair, leather recliner/reading chair, bookshelf, hangers for clothes, CD player/radio, lights, and bed tables etc. Cable TV, wireless internet, gas, electric, trash, water, snow removal, parking, saline pool and hard court tennis (summer only) included in rent. Additional storage space and other details negotiable, depending on tenant’s needs.
