There is a built-in tiled garage underneath that doubles as a play area as well as a completely fenced yard.
Brisbane city centre is only 6km away and is easily accessible by train or bus. The suburb is full of parklands and playgrounds and the Brisbane River is a 5 minute walk away. The University of Queensland is 10 minutes across the Green Bridge by bicycle. There are two adult bicycles that come with the house. Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University are also easily accessible as are the Mater and Princess Alexandra Hospitals. Other nearby (within 5km) features of the area include the West End Restaurant district, the Gabba cricket grounds and the South Bank Cultural precinct. Local shops and restaurants are accessible in walking distance. The Gold Coast is 45 minutes by car on the highway south, and the Sunshine Coast is 1 1/2 hours by car north.
