Charming countryhouse on the Tuscan-Umbrian border with private garden and pool for up to 10 guests

Podere "Coltorto", only a few miles east of the A1 highway, is set on the unspoilt Tuscan/Umbrian border south of Siena where one can enjoy the views of the beautiful surrounding landscape of the Lake of Chiusi and the Mount Amiata. Guests staying at Coltorto have an ideal base to easily explore the hill towns and natural beauty of southern Tuscany and Umbria, and to experience rural Italian life in an area practically unaffected by tourism. With the renovation of this delightful farmhouse we have created two independent units, one for each floor, offering the possibility to rent just the ground floor (for 6 guests), or the two floors together (for 10 people) and have the exclusive use of the grounds and the pool (5 meters wide and 12 meters long) set amongst herbs bushes and olive trees, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and the lakes.
