It is a large flat in the centre of Certaldo, sunny and finely furnished, right in the heart of the green Tuscany. It has three bedrooms for 6 sleeping place: two double bedrooms with king-size bed and the other with two single beds. There is a large entrance, a nice relaxing dining-living room, a bathroom and large bright kitchen with two big windows, and a nice balcony facing the old medieval village that is the old part of my town (1300 A. D. ) . The house is equipped with color Tv, washing machine, and independent heating for the winter(10 euro per day for heating). It is located not more than 5 minutes away walking from the railway station, right on the Florence-Pisa-Siena line, so that you can visit Tuscany most important cities without using a car. You can also find a big supermarket very close to the house (5 minutes walking) .Available all year long. Minimum three nights stay. Linen, electricity, hot water and final cleaning are included in the price. English is spoken. No pets allowed.We consider long term rental. Internet and computer available. Wireless technology.
