We live in a three storey home with 3000 square feet and 4/5 bedrooms. It is an historical house in the heart of Mount Royal, one of the oldest and best neighborhoods in Calgary with great shopping, restaurants and night life just five minutes away. My wife and I have recently retired and have great flexibility in travel dates. We would prefer 4 weeks away at a time, particularly for travel to Europe or Australia.
Banff in the Rocky Mountains is one hour away from Calgary and Vancouver on the West Coast of Canada is one hour away by air. Westjet has reasonably priced flights to Vancouver several times a day. For more information about Calgary go to www.visitcalgary.com/
