Spacious four bedroom Victorian house with garden in Dublin seaside suburb
Our house is a Victorian three story terraced house in a leafy south Dublin seaside suburb. You can see the sea and Dublin's lighthouses from many rooms in the house, and as the house was built on a high ridge, some of these views are spectacular. The house contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large sitting room linked to the modern kitchen and a large office/library. We have front and rear gardens and stone steps lead up to a hall door and then to a substantial hallway. The separate rented ground floor flat is accessed by its own front door. Nearby are many public parks, beaches, schools, shops and a local farmer's market. The sea is only a five- minute walk away with its many seafront restaurants, sailing clubs and shops. A Dart station for easy city centre access is a five minute walk away. Bus routes also pass by the house so a car is not strictly necessary.
