The house is a fully rehabbed and restored Edwardian townhouse that is fully furnished (1 king and 2 queen-size beds, dining-room table, settee, numerous chairs including one large lounger and three large recliners, office furniture, 2 excellent computers, high-speed internet & wifi throughout the house, 2 tvs both with DVD players, large private library, and home gym). It has a full kitchen (including a second upright freezer, microwave, stove and oven) a washer & dryer, central air conditioning, new windows, a gas grill, front porch with a garden area, and a back patio with gorgeous views of the downtown. The house would comfortably accommodate a family with as many four children. Owners would be willing to remove and store any furniture necessary to make room for tenants, if desired to do so. The house is in a safe urban neighborhood near a bus line, museums, sports stadiums, hospitals, restaurants, and city parks. Use of an automobile (2009 Toyota Prius (not subject to recall)) negotiable. Tenants would be expected to provide tlc to two house cats (pictured), with below-market rent as recompense.
