House in Madrid (Spain) with garden, 20 min drive to downtown

Our home:
We live in a house in Madrid suburbs (Mirasierra), with a 200 m2 nice and sunny garden, next to one of the biggest rural parkland in Madrid (El Pardo) and near to biking paths (bikes available). There are two bus stops 5 min walk away from the house that connect in a 20 min bus drive with downtown Madrid. There is also an underground stop 12 min walk away from the house that connect in 20 min with downtown Madrid. We can also consider exchanging cars.
Our Neighborhood:
It is a quiet and safe neighborhood very close to downtown Madrid (20 min bus or car drive) and to Madrid rural parklands. Shops and restaurants are within a 5 min walk. It is very close to downtown Madrid, with many world-class museums, historical neighborhoods, restaurants, and night open-air cafés. The house is only 50 km away from beautiful mountains for hiking in summer: Sierra de Guadarrama, 2,400 m above sea level (8,000 ft).
Our city:
Madrid is centrally located in Spain and very well suited for day trips to several historic cities and diverse landscapes. Longer trips are also easy from Madrid to the rest of the country. For example, the Mediterranean coast is 4 h away by car. Spain is a country with many diverse natural settings, from deep green and misty areas to deserts, from high mountains to wonderful beaches …and all is within 500 miles from Madrid. About Us:
We are a family of 4: A Universidad Politécnica visiting professor who will visit Harvard University, an employee from Spanish Patent and Trademarks Office, a fifteen-yr-old son and a thirteen-yr-old son, who are used to travelling a lot and are very respectful of other people's homes. We enjoy travelling. We travel a lot around Spain and we have also visited several countries in Europe.
