Near the arboretum, zoo, parks, Lake Wingra, bikepaths, near University, restaurants, cafes and shops and on a bus route. Sunny home with lots of woodwork and bright colors.
Extra points if you love cats and will take care of our two while we are gone.
Access to Arboretum cohousing common facilities: grounds, gardens, exercise room, kids’ rooms, TV/movie room, common kitchen and dining room with optional common meals 1-2 times a week.
