Huge Bedroom & Private Bath in Stunning Beacon Hill Share
Join my two great flatmates sharing an elegant 3-bedroom/3-bathroom flat on Beacon Hill. It's been fantastic, but I am returning to Ireland at the end of May, so I'm looking for someone to replace me from June 1 - August 31. (You may also have the chance to continue for next year.)
EPIC LOCATION: We're on a grand, tree-shaded block in the Beacon Hill historic district - it's a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. In 5 minutes' walk, you're on the Charles River Esplanade, a fantastic place to watch the sailboats (or sail them), run, bike, kayak, enjoy free concerts, sunbathe. Everything is close by - shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.
CONVENIENT TO EVERYWHERE: We're centrally located - walk or bike to almost anywhere in Boston and Cambridge. Close to all transportation. (One stop on the Red Line to MIT, 3 to Harvard, 5 to Tufts.) 5-minute walk to Mass. General Hospital and Mass. Eye & Ear. Shuttle to other hospitals and research facilities. Walk to Back Bay and downtown offices. Beautiful bike ride along the Charles River to MIT, Harvard, BU.
COMFORTABLE LIVING AREAS: We have a whole floor of an elegant townhouse, with a spacious living room and sunny, eat-in kitchen. High ceilings, sunlight everywhere, lovely views. Laundry in the apartment (rare in Boston), dishwasher, and wi-fi.
HUGE, SUNNY BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH: The available bedroom is as large as a living room (16x12 ft., 5x4 meters), with tall, sunny windows and lots of storage. You also have a private bathroom with an excellent shower/tub.
RENT & TERM: I am looking for someone for June 1 - Aug. 31. (You may also have a chance to continue next year.) The rent is $1,500/person (a 3-way share of $4,500), which INCLUDES heat, hot water, and laundry. Other utilities total less than $50/person. If you need bedroom furniture, you're welcome to buy mine. (The living room and kitchen are furnished and equipped.) Please, no smoking, no pets.
