Individual Bed/study/sitting rooms available for rent in London. Access to wireless broadband. Rooms are equipped with sleep / study facilities, a kettle, a cafetiere, a fridge and microwave but no other cooking facilities, and are situated a short walk to the underground and railway [Seven Sisters - Victoria line], and are ideal for British Library users or academics planning to work at the University of London - only 3 stops to Kings Cross and Bloomsbury. Suitable for visiting researchers. We view our rooms as a budget option for those who cannot afford hotel charges - our rooms can be used for sleep, relaxation and study but are not suitable for visitors requiring self-catering facilities. We supply bedding but no towels. There is no television in the rooms but you can access our wifi. Our prices are inclusive of bills with access to unlimited hot water and central heating morning and evening. The property is on a very quiet tree lined street with no through traffic but is located only a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and an underground & overground rail station with good transport links to the City and West End of London, as well as to the 'University district' of Bloomsbury etc. We have an additional room which can be let to persons travelling with a friend or who may be visited during their stay, and who are happy to share a bathroom with you, for an additional charge [£20 per night or £100 per week].

In order to make a firm booking, a security deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent is payable via pay pal, refundable after departure, less a £50 cleaning fee.
