The warehouse

The upper floor at the entrance of the house has a study with a large 3m long desk.
The upper floor at the rear of the warehouse consists of: 2nd bedroom with double size bed; and en suite with bath, shower, and toilet; a mezzanine office/3rd bedroom.
Location
The warehouse is 1 block to vibrant, eclectic Brunswick Street and 3 blocks to Smith Street. The Melbourne CBD is a 10-minute walk. All within a short stroll are the University of Melbourne (10 min), Australian Catholic University and Peter McCallum Hospital, St. Vincent's, Mercy(5 min), Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital, RMIT (15 min)and Royal Children's Hospital (35 min) .
The local train station (Parliament) is served by every train line in Melbourne. You also have access to five tram (street car) lines and numerous bus routes. The convenient public transport system allows easy access to Monash University, La Trobe University, Deakin University, Victoria University and Swinburne University.
You will be a short walk to:
The Melbourne Cricket Ground to watch cricket and Australian rules football;
Flinders Park Tennis Centre, home of the Australian Open and many International and local entertainment and cultural festivals; The Melbourne Botanical Gardens, Fitzroy Gardens and Carlton Gardens; Southbank; and, The Yarra River.
Utilities included when sharing with owner: gas, water and electricity. Not included: telephone and internet charges. When renting whole house utilities are not included.
I have successful rented our home to 20 groups of people from the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia through sabbatical homes and they have all been more than happy with the house and location. In fact, we have had a number of return visitors.
