We are a family of 4 looking to rent our townhouse while we travel overseas. We are located in Kingsford- a 5 minute walk from the University of NSW.

We have a comfortable, light filled townhouse over 3 levels. The first level is a double garage with internal access. As we are a car free family, we use the garage as our music room/rec room. We have music equipment and a ping pong table. The second level comprises a combined living room/dining room, with a separate tv room that could be a 4th bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with disdwasher and expresso coffee machine, laundry room with washer and dryer and with access to a courtyard and garden, with gas BBQ. Close to the city and Coogee and Maroubra beaches- all amenities walking distance.
World class restaurants, shopping, parks are are within a 10 minute walk
