Pleasant one bedroom flat with patio back garden on leafy Hornsey Lane, North London
This is an airy, raised ground floor, one bedroom flat with garden on the 1930s Hornsey Lane estate. It has a recently renovated kitchen/diner (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, gas cooker/electric oven), a small stylish sitting room with door onto a private paved garden. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, spacious chest of drawers and queen bed. The bathroom is white-tiled with a bath and overhead shower. There are wooden floors throughout. It has its own entrance.
We are an academic writing couple and this is our much loved pied-a-terre when we are in London.
The flat is equidistant between the cafes, restaurants and boutiques of buzzy Crouch End and the elegance of Highgate Village. It is situated in the Whitehall Conservation Area. For those who like walking, it is close to Highgate Woods, Waterlow Park and Hampstead Heath. Buses take you straight into central London and the British Library. The closest tube is Archway (about a 10 mins walk). Hornsey Lane is high on a hill, overlooking London, and is known as High London.
All utilities and wi-fi connection included in the rental price. We also provide towels, sheets and kitchen utensils.
