The apartment is situated on a peaceful, tree-lined residential street in Whalley Range, just south of the city centre and about a mile from the universities. It's a 5 minute walk from a bus route which takes you to the city and universities in one direction, and to Chorlton in the other. There are some great shops, bars and a large park a short walk away. It's a lovely apartment in the perfect south Manchester location, as it's close to town but also very quiet and leafy. At the back of the apartment, overlooking the garden, are a spacious double bedroom and a large living room. To the front, overlooking more trees, are a fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer, a small second bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate wc. There's also an entrance hall with a very large walk-in cupboard. The whole apartment is nicely furnished and decorated, with light walls and plain wool carpets. The furniture is quite minimal but I have some extra things stored in my garage, such as a chest of drawers and bookshelves, so these can be brought in if more storage is needed. The second bedroom is currently used as a nursery, but it was my study before I had my baby, and the cotbed can be replaced with a desk if required. High-speed broadband, landline rental, and the service charge are included in the price. I'm a non-smoker and I don't have any pets. |
