Furnished Studio Apartment in Nice, France
The apartment is very comfortable and very well situated on Ave des Baumettes next to the Musee des Beaux Arts. The walk to the beaches takes 5 minutes. Go to this site, choose "culture" from the box on the right, then "musees", and then with the arrow down to "Musee des Beaux Arts Jules Cheret". The apartment is right next to the museum at 31 Avenue des Baumettes. You can zoom out on this map to see the location of the apartment relative to the other attractions in Nice.
The apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator (separate freezer), stove, microwave and electric ovens, toaster, coffee maker, TV (cable with CNN, BBC and Euronews), high speed internet access, washing machine dryer combination, dishwasher, blankets, dishes and utensils.
The apartment is within minutes of the beaches and close to shopping, restaurants, post office, Rialto (English) movie theatre, and the city centre; as shown in the attached jpeg files. Moreover it is in a very quiet district in Nice. There are buses within minutes of the apartment to the airport, train station and to Villefranche, Monaco, Monte Carlo and Menton to the east and Antibes, Cannes, Vence, Grasse, etc to the west. The regional bus fares have been drastically reduced to encourage the use of local transit. A single fare is now 1.00 euro for trips to Cannes in the west and Menton in the east.
