Live like a Parisian during your sabbatical or vacation! This classic apartment is the perfect base for your stay in Paris.

Montmartre is a wonderful location and is convenient to the rest of Paris. The top end of the rue Lepic, where the apartment is located, is the quieter end. So while you’re just minutes from all the sights, you’re away from the noise of the crowds - perfect for when you want to work!

The apartment is typically Parisian with marble fireplaces, oak wood floors, plaster mouldings and large windows that flood the place with light.
It is 40 m2 (430 sq ft) and comprises a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and walk-in closet. It is used solely as a rental apartment so you won't be surrounded by anyone else's personal belongings and you can truly make the place your own.

The living room is bright and airy, thanks to the large double windows that open onto a small balcony. From here, you have a stunning view of the Moulin de la Galette, the windmill celebrated in Renoir’s painting of the same name. You can also see the domes of the Sacré Coeur Basilica.

To ensure you feel completely at home the living room is fully equipped with TV (inc. int'l channels), and DVD player. You’ll find a small selection of CDs and DVDs for when you just want to relax. There is also a computer with a high-speed internet connection, as well as wifi for your laptop, and a telephone with free calls to many destinations, so that you can work in the peace and comfort of your "own" home.

The dining area features a table that can seat six if you want to entertain or fold down to allow for an intimate meal for two.

The apartment is best suited to two people, but it can accommodate up to four, thanks to the large double bed in the bedroom and the comfortable full-sized double sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has large windows that look out over the gardens at the back of the apartment. Bedlinens and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook at home or you can sample the many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood - check out the Guest Guide in the apartment for recommendations. Crockery and cutlery are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub and a wall-mounted shower.

The walk-in closet has ample storage space for clothes. There's also an iron and an ironing board.

The apartment is a no-smoking zone and we ask guests to please respect that.

Available for monthly lets.
Rates: 9 mths-1 year: 1,800 euros/mth.
6-8 mths: 2,200 euros/mth.
2-5 mths: 2,500 euros/mth
Shorter: 900 euros/week; 160 euros / night.
