The Bugambilia complex, although in the historic center, is removed from the street -- quiet and peaceful. There is a security guard at the gate and a designated parking place. The apartment is completely furnished and equipped on the third floor (top floor) with large windows, and French balconies. It has three bedrooms, one of which is now set up as an office/bedroom with a futon. There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and a matrimonial sized bed in the second bedroom. All of the bedrooms have large closets. There are two full baths and a half bath (off of the kitchen). It has a large living room /dining room, a separate TV room and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, purified water system and a small outdoor terrace. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer. The rent includes all utilities, maintenance fees and wireless internet service. 1500 square feet.
