| Home with a beautiful view in Tuscany |
In the historical center of the tuscan village Sarteano (Siena), at the southern end of the Val d'Orcia, close to the regional border with Umbria, I rent an apartment on two floors in an ancient house: the first floor is composed by a living-room with a kithchen corner and a mantelpiece, two bedrooms, a little studio, a bathroom; the second floor has a veranda with a beatiful sight on the countryside of Tuscany and Umbria, the medieval city of Città della Pieve and the Lake Trasimeno, and a double garret, currently used as stockroom.
The apartment is provided with an indipendent heater with thermostat.
The price of the rental will depend on the lenght of the staying (300 € one week, 500 € two weeks, 900 € a month).
On demand I can rent also the groundfloor apartment wich is composed by a little living room with a kitchen-corner and a bed room for two persons. It can be rent independent or joined to the first floor apartment . Its price is 150 euros one week, 300 two weeks, 500 a month.
Both the apartments are avalaible for long term. |
