| 4 bedroom home in Beautiful Sauve |
Quiet bright medieval house with many windows, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, PLUS a garret with high ceilings on the top floor that leads to a terrace that overlooks Sauve and the surrounding countryside. It has been recently renovated and freshly painted. A back alley and no house in front allows lots of sunshine, which is rare in the old homes of Sauve. In summer the small terrace in the alley and two bedrooms on the first level are refreshing.
There is central heating and a working fireplace in the kitchen. We are in a quiet part of town where cars cannot drive, yet you can drive almost right to the door.
We also have a cave with arched ceilings, which would be a cool studio in summer.
You can phone internationally anytime unlimited, speed internet and television. We don't have a tv but could get one.
This year, the house is available June 23, 2012 until Sept. 2012 and again in January 2013.
