This is a quiet neighborhood, close to public transit (the closest Metro stop is Silver Spring) and University of Maryland transportation, close to the Beltway, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and recreational areas.

The apartment can be furnished for one/two persons, or unfurnished (per request). The apartment is available for short term rent (minimum three months), but we prefer long term lease and we are willing to negotiate the rent.
