Large country house in the heart of the montagnola , overlooking the rollings hills of Siena and the chianti area . The apartments are situated on our renovated 1000 years old farm . Each with a private entrance and a private green space with gazebo. There is a pool in the middle of the lawn. Its solitary position guarantees peace, quiet and fantastic panoramic views. The apartment is on the first floor and is composed of a sitting room with fireplace place, a large kitchen with all modern amenities, two double rooms, two bathrooms. ...we can also add another huge room to his apartment for larger groups It is , nicely furnished in poor tuscan style and mediterrean colours on the walls.
One apartment is on ground floor with living , large fully equipped kitchen , 1 double room with private bath, one huge room with 2 singles and one double + private bathroom , private furnished green.
One cosy apartment for 2 , with living and kitchen corner + bedroom and bathroom + large private terrace .
The villa can also be rented for a large group of people or each apartment separatly .

We are living next door in another part of the house for all necessities. There are other two apartments in the several adjacent buildings.
Siena is at 14 km downhill, Florence one hour, three hours to Rome , one hour from Arezzo, one and half hour to Urbino , Perugia, Orvieto ......
We welcome short and long rentals . We also have another apartment of same capacity for rental.
