Our fully furnished beach front home is available from September 1, 2011 to May31, 2012. Weekly or monthly rentals are available. Our home is approximately 2500 sq. ft. (on the top 2 floors) and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the following configuration.
Top floor Master Bedroom - king size bed, walk-in closet, ensuite & roof top deck overlooking the ocean. Top floor 2nd bedroom - king size bed & roof top deck overlooking the ocean. Top Floor 3rd bedroom - queen bed overlooking Blackie’s Spit and the bird sanctuary. Top floor 2nd bathroom. Main Floor 4th bedroom – queen bed and 3rd bathroom.
The main floor also has a living room (with a wood burning fireplace), dining room and den which overlook the ocean, as well as a large covered front porch which provides excellent views of the beach, mountains and the sunset. The kitchen has all of the usual appliances including a gas stove and microwave & convection oven. There is wireless internet throughout the home. The breakfast nook is south facing and overlooks Blackie’s Spit.
The backyard is fully fenced, has a fire pit and outdoor shower (cold).
Two of the spaces in the 3 car garage are available for your use.
Enjoy the ocean and the unique seaside community of Crescent Beach as you walk along the beach path or nature trails, play in the sand and sea, or dine at one of the great town restaurants.
Crescent Beach is located 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes from US/Canada border, and 20 minutes to the Vancouver International Airport.
