Easy access to shopping, the Flea Market, Shuk HaCarmel (the outdoor fruit and vegetable market) public transportation, parking and the Boardwalk that extends from North Tel Aviv to Bat Yam. Wonderful restaurants and coffee houses of all kinds. The area abounds with history.
