We are leaving for sabbatical to Stanford and UC Berkeley 1 August 2012 through 30 June 2013. Our home is available for rent during this period. Perhaps you are a visiting professor/researcher/post doc to the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and needs a safe and modern place to live with your family on the shortest axis between down-town Trondheim and the recreational area of Bymarka (city-forest)?
The house is situated in Møllebakken 39 - 15 minutes by bike, 40 minutes to walk or 10+5 minutes by bus to NTNU Gløshaugen. You will have the upper floor (ca 120 m2) at your disposal with 3 bedrooms, 1 office, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and laundry room.
The house and garden is child friendly and you can enjoy hiking, skiing, swimming in the lake and golf in the forest next to our house. The garden is made for kids (trampoline, play-house, bridge-connection to tree-platform etc.), and for their parents enjoying the views and their tea from the sun-deck. Trondheim has two international schools, Birralee is a busride or 20 minutes walk from our house. A bilingual kindergarden (Norwegian-English) is in our immediate neighbourhood.
The rent includes Cabal TV, internet, water and garbage. You will pay for electricity yourselves. A security deposit will be required. |
