The apartment is within walking distance to the beaches of La Malvarrosa and Las Arenas where you will arrive in six minutes from the apartment's door and enjoy a surprisingly excellent city beach that stretches for over two kilometres. On the beaches you can take advantage of the numerous seafood restaurants and you can try some of the best Paella in the world on the Paseo Neptuno at La Rosa or La Pepica. Also at the Paseo Neptuno, on the beachfront, you will find a large number of cocktail bars where you will be able to have a fantastic evening with friends in a great atmosphere, contemplating the Mediterranean sea.
