The Lincoln Park location is terrific - on a quiet street near a park, less than two blocks from DePaul University and Children's Memorial Hospital. The Walk Score is 98 (http://www.walkscore.com/), close to restaurants, groceries, night life, Lincoln Park Zoo and the lakefront.
Need to get downtown? About 30 minutes door-to-door by train, or 20 by car or bike even in rush hour traffic (2 spots in the building's bike room are included as well).
Again, everything is included in the price - Netflix/Roku and broadcast TV, heat, A/C, water, electric, nationwide phone, wireless internet, wireless all-in-one printer/scanner/fax, a 40" LCD TV, and a grill on the balcony. Bring your suitcases!
