I will be resuming teaching/research in China from beginning of 2013 to middle of June 2013. I have a furnished (modern) two bedroom, 1st floor condo ( 1 bedroom used as office + personal- enclosed outdoor patio) that is in a relatively new building with elevator and underground garage that is short commute to UC Berkeley via BART or car. Also 10 minute BART into San Francisco. I am two blocks from Lake Merritt where boating is available. I am hoping to sub-lease the condo for the whole or portion of the time that I will be gone..
