I have a lovely house, which is available for short lets, ideally an academic term minimum but shorter rentals will be considered. It is a terraced house, with open plan living area to kitchen, opening onto the garden which backs onto Worcester College so genuinely central, and walking distance of everywhere, not in Summertown! The kitchen is super-modern with a crazy cylindrical fridge! induction hob, all corian worktops and stainless steel. It is quiet, and easy to walk or cycle everywhere. Good local school if you can get a place. Master bed has ensuite shower, family bathroom with shower/bath, wifi, all other usual appliances and very friendly neighbourhood.
Available weekly if empty, £1500pw high season, £1200 low season. Available possibly from September 1st 2012 for the academic year 2012/13 or a part of it.
Monthly £3250 all inclusive of bills, linen, wifi etc. all year round, 3 month min.
I also have a house on Upper Fisher Row which is available for short lets, with some weekday nights available. Minimum stay there 2 nights, if you email me for details. Also extremely central, sleeps 7, and I have a detached Coach House, with 3 bedrooms.
I also advertise this house locally so no feedback here as renters not via sabbaticalhomes! if nec, i can wander round with my webcam...
Do locate the postcode (OX2 6BD) on googlemaps so you can see how central it is. Many properties are advertised as central are at least a mile from the centre. It is really nice to be able to walk everywhere and not to need a car. Jericho is a really safe and friendly neighbourhood, with street fair, school fete and many Artweeks venues.
