| Small house in Rio with view (ocean and mountains) |
This is a small house in our main house lot. The house has a view to the sea and to the mountain around it (this is the mountain where people go for hang-gliding, so on the weekend the sky is very colorful with all the gliders). Since it is very close to the rain forest you can hear and see small monkeys, tucans and many kinds of birds.
The location is ideal for scholars at PUC University in Gavea or in Barra, or for anyone having to work in Barra da Tijuca.
It is 200 m away from the main street with several bus connections, a tax stand, supermarket, catholic church, and 350 meters away from the beach. The famous Fashion Mall is 1000 m away.
The house is about 35 sq. meters. It has a living room that is open to the sleeping room, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
It can accommodate up to 4 people (there is a double bed in the sleeping room and two single couches that can turn into a single bed (each) in the living room), but ideally it is good for two people.
