A 5-minute walk to the subway, my place is just a 10 minute drive to SUNNYBROOK Hospital, and a half-hour subway ride to hectic downtown. It is well-furnished with a newer double sized mattress, new windows and Ikea and Umbra furnishings. Living room and kitchen are large and airy, offering comfy furnishings and a large glass table, and the bedroom doubles as an office (with desk, printer and scanner).

Probably in the SAFEST area of Toronto night or day, my place is right on busy, exciting Yonge St. and within walking distance to grocery stores, Sunnybrook Hospital, and tons of great restaurants.

FREE nightly street parking for those who need it (and one hour parking during day). Weekly parking passes also available for $21 on side streets. Or paid underground parking in condo nearby.

LOVE NATURE? It’s beside one of Toronto’s longest and most beautiful parks (with tennis court, jogging and biking trails – and dogs!).

Love cats? There's currently a couple super-loving, year-old, bunny-soft short-haired brothers in there that you'll adore as great company until I find them a home! In return for your feeding, hugging and litter-cleaning a couple times daily, I offer laundry service (pick up and delivery of your sheets and towels).

If you're a clean, quiet person, who is a non-smoker and likes a country atmosphere in the city, this cozy abode is perfect for you.
