It is very bright, most windows facing south with unblocked view. The apartment has high speed internet (both wifi and cable links) and a fixed phone. The building has a keeper (concierge). There is excellent bus service (#21 and #27) and the RER B line that connect both airports is minutes away.
The quarter abounds in small shops and restaurants and features the wonderful Mouffetard market; the neighborhood school is excellent and is ideal for a family with children. The Parc du Luxembourg, one of the city’s largest parks, and the Jardin des Plantes are both a ten minute walk.
Available for the academic year from 1 August 2013 to 30 June 2014. We would prefer a house exchange with San Francisco or close Marin County.
