We live in a beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment, centrally located. Every amenity is within walking distance , i.e. multiple cafes, coffee shops, theaters, public transportation, universities, hospitals, etc, etc. It is a professional building & very well maintained. Building facilities include laundry, gym, projection room, library, a party room with a walk out patio and underground parking. Our area has a very diverse population. We can walk in many directions to be in different types of neighborhoods, each with their own character. My husband calls it a photographers paradise. We feel very safe in our neighborhood and building.
