I am a Professor at University of Pennsylvania. My family and I are going on a Sabbatical year and we are looking for someone to rent our beautiful home while we are away. We plan to leave 1/2025 and come back August 2025 (dates somewhat flexible). Our home is well maintain, 4 bedroom + home office + fully finished basement/entertainment. There are two full baths, one on 1st floor and the other on the second floor. The fully finished basement has a TV, treadmill and ping-pong table! and also has a washer and dryer. The house is located in the University city/ West Philadelphia area, about 8-10 minutes walk from UPenn, 15min walk from Drexel. It is also 1 block away from Clark Park (awesome park with Farmer's market 3 times a week, playground, lots of green). One block from Trolley line into Center City, Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafes, stores.
