This is a truly wonderful exceptionally large, bright and quiet 3 bedroom apartment on the upper ground floor and the garden floor of a large Victorian house built in 1872 on the best street in Kentish Town. A three minute walk to the underground & the shops, this is a great location. Close to renowned schools too in an area benefitting from fabulous food shops, great restaurants & pubs. Nearby is Hampstead Heath with its farmers market, woods, exceptional views of London, tennis courts and bowling greens, a 1930's lido & 3 fresh water swimming ponds. Regents Park, Primrose Hill and Kings Cross are a short stroll along the canal. The famous Camden Market is a 10 min walk away. Kentish Town boasts excellent transport links for tube and trains, it's a 15 minute cycle or tube ride to central London & 1 stop on the train to the Eurostar. A truly outstanding apartment featured in 4 design magazines. The apartment boasts elegant proportions, high ceilings and many period features - including floor to ceiling sash windows and original wooden shutters. Warm in winter and cool in summer, it has been styled by an artist and is fitted with all the comforts you'd need - from a state of the art kitchen, efficient central heating, hi speed wifi, a deep roll top bath and double shower ... in short everything you need for total pleasure. The large balcony overlooking the gardens at the back is the perfect place to have breakfast and dinner in the summer. There are 3 bedrooms (a double beds in two bedrooms and a single in one bedroom). There are three sofa beds, so in all, it sleeps 5 permanent residents and 3 guests, when required. There is one full bathroom and a half bathroom/toilet. The 70 foot, private, mature back garden boasts a brand new, fully insulated and heated 22 meter square studio with high speed wifi. There are 3 desks to work at - one in the living room, a desk in the small bedroom and a desk in the studio at the end of the garden. There is plenty of storage space. We have a cat, Waffles. He comes with the property and he’s the star of the house. He's affectionate and friendly, he doesn't moult and is no trouble - he gets fed twice a day. He doesn’t need a litter tray so you never have to pick up after him. We want tenants who will give him love and attention - so if you're not a cat lover - this won’t work! Check out the glowing reviews from tenants we got through Sabbatical Homes over the past 2 years.

Comments: Kentish Town is a wonderful area - near excellent school, 15 mins to central London, close to transport links and parks.
Comments: A cleaner will come every fortnight.
Comments: The house is south facing - warm in winter, cool in summer with original features. hi speed wifi, 70' (22m) mature garden (with large balcony overlooking it) & a 250 square ft (25 m sq) fully insulated, brand new heated studio at the end of it..
We have a cat, you'd feed him twice a day. He doesn't need cat litter as he has a cat flap into the garden. We only want people who genuinely like animals and will be kind to him.
There are lots of plants inside the house which need watering and although I'd employ an occasional gardener, we'd expect you to cut the lawn & look after things. We have an electric mower and it takes 5 minutes.
