Quiet studio in east Paris with access to lush private garden

I had a great time staying here. It is very well-located, near the metro and with regularly buses along the rue du faubourg. Quiet area but in easy walking distance of the nightlife of the quartier. Also several major metro lines take one to other parts of Paris. The studio was actually more spacious than I thought -- didn't feel like a studio. It's pretty's spacious and with large windows that make it feel more so. There is a gym downstairs for one who'd want to exercise and many good restaurants and bars nearby as well.

I have no complaints and the persons who rent it -- Riccardo and Sacha-- are very nice, were very attentive hosts, helpful and pleasant. I'd highly recommend staying here.

I spent a most pleasant and productive five months as Riccardo and Sacha's. They were very welcoming hosts and responded to questions and concerns promptly. The studio is equipped with all the essentials. Cosy, very quiet and with lots of light, it is well suited for desk work or just hanging out. The building is located at the junction of a handful of intricate neigbhourhoods. It is in fact within walking distance of much of Central and Eastern Paris and very close to the métro, bus and RER (regional train) networks of the Paris and the Île de France region. I'd return any time!

I can't recommend this place enough. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris. The neighborhood is lively by day with lots of nice restaurants and several convenient metro lines to get you wherever you're going. Truly a neighborhood of locals so it is quiet in the evenings. You have a nice view of the garden, which gives it an extra bit of charm. I didn't have the opportunity to meet Sacha, but Riccardo was very friendly, responsive, and helpful at every turn. I've stayed in a lot of apartments in Paris for long stays and this was by far the best!
