My sister and I grew up in this 60 m2 apartment which we have renovated (re-discovered the beautiful parquet floors!) for partial rental, available from January 15, 2023, for a flexible 3, 6 or 9-month occupancy, with a minimum 1 month requirement. It's a second-floor walkup in a 1900's apartment building, steps away from the Saint Paul metro stop and other easy transportation links. The area is both trendy and old-fashioned neighborly. It is close to the old Jewish area and borders the vibrant LGBTQ+ neighborhoods. Shops and restaurants abound within walking distance and the streets have recently been made highly pedestrian. Fully furnished (linens and towels provided) and all-electric, the non-smoking apartment's highlights include Internet and cable tv, a master bedroom with good storage space, living room with convertible sofa, and a separate office space, where there is a trundle bed, This means the apartment can sleep up to 6 people if necessary, but effectively only 4 people comfortably. One drawback is the small but functional bathroom. The kitchen, which opens to the dining room, is equipped with a full-size fridge and freezer, 4-burner induction stove-top, oven and microwave, washing machine (no dryer), and all necessary kitchenware and utensils. The apartment is calm, bright and airy and looks out over the historic Saint Paul church on one side. A "gardienne" lives on site; you need a secure code and a pass at night to get into the building and courtyard.
