Looking for a subletter for late May through mid-August, precise dates flexible. Sunny, spacious, modern and very clean two-bedroom. (The second bedroom is being used as an office but I have an air mattress you could use.) Fully-furnished roof deck with phenomenal views of the Philadelphia city skyline. Quiet, centrally located neighborhood, a block away from a Sprouts supermarket and other shopping and about a ten minute walk to the Italian market. Fifteen minute walk to Rittenhouse. Ideally located for anyone spending the summer at Penn but also easy access to other universities and everything Philadelphia has to offer. Comes with all the amenities: central air, washer/dryer, new dishwasher, double-doored fridge, extra deep kitchen sink, soaking bathtub, etc. In addition to the roof deck, there is a balcony off the bedroom. Rent is $2000/month. I'll cover internet and most/all utilities.
