We are looking for a quiet single tenant / couple for our 100 year old studio maisonette. The apartment is freshly renovated, with a new fitted kitchen and new bathroom. The upper floor has wooden floor, and you catch the sun through the original double box windows. The apartment is located very quietly in the backyard and offers the possibility to enjoy the morning coffee outside. The S-Bahn station Julius-Leber Brücke is only a 2-minute walk away and offers fast connections to all corners of Berlin with the S1, S2 and the Ringbahn (Circular Lane). The neighborhood "Rote Insel" is famous for its flair and has a unique mix of restaurants, shops and parks. Next to Kleist Park, the Gleisdreieck Park is around the corner and the Tempelhofer Feld can be reached within a few minutes via bike.
