Small, very functional and comfortable apartment, it has been my "working residence" for the last 15 years, during which I have lived there half the week. It is quiet and very well located on the first floor on an interior courtyard. Ideal for academic working and to discover Paris. It is located away from the main roads, in the west of Paris, and you can walk there safely at any time, day and night. Montmartre and the Sacré Coeur or the Moulin Rouge can be reached in 20 minutes walking. The metro lines 14, 13 and 2 are located less than 500 m from the apartment and allow you to quickly reach the center of Paris and all the universities and tourist sites in the capital. It is also very convenient to go to universities located in the north suburb : Paris 8 and Paris Nanterre. the apartment is rented under a mobility lease (bail mobilité).
