The location Very centrally located flat in the Schöneberg district right next to the S-Bahn station (S1 Julius Leber Brücke; additionally several bus lines within walking distance), yet quiet as the flat is located in the courtyard. All shops for daily needs, restaurants, snack bars and cafés are within easy walking distance. There is a wide choice. We have a park nearby and the Park am Gleisdreieck is also still within walking distance from here. Several public schools and daycare centres are in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the centre of Berlin within about ten minutes by S-Bahn. The nearest large shopping street is Schlossstraße in Steglitz. It can be reached easily by bike or public transport within 20 minutes. The Ku'damm can also be reached within this time. If you want more greenery or water, you can drive to Grunewald or Wannsee within half an hour. Do you want to go to the surrounding area? You can reach the long-distance and regional train station Südkreuz in a few minutes by bike or by bus. Berlin's universities can be reached within 30 minutes, the FU Berlin is also easily reached by bike within this time. Only the campus in Adlershof of the HU Berlin is a little further away. Two bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub. The two spacious balconies invite you to sunbathe and relax. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available, the kitchen is fully equipped. We rent the flat furnished, the things of the daily need are therefore available. We would be happy if you could water our plants - of course you have a free hand with the greening of the balconies.
