Overlooking the Unesco garden and giving a full view of the Eiffel tower, this ex artist’s worshop offers a rooftop terrasse, a balcony, and a 5m high glass window allowing you to work and dream within the clouds. This beautiful nest in an 1914 pre art deco building has internal staircases, a good piano (with the silent option to practice at night), and even an additional sofa/bed, if you were to come with kids (in addition to the private ensuite bedroom, and the bed on the mezzanine facing the Eiffel tower).

Comments: One of the beds is on the mezzanine, overlooking the lIving room (and with the view on the Eiffel tower). Internet is normally working but the Bouygues provider is not totally reliable. One shot cleaning fee of 80€.
