Built in 2000 in the classic 1920s Spanish-style, it is a totally separate 100% legal permitted structure with its own entrance. Private and quiet space with a huge redwood deck that gets plenty of direct sunshine. There’s a small kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, and stove/oven. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower. There’s plenty of free parking, fast Internet and streaming video. The entire property is planted with native desert cactus and succulents. Convenient to UCLA & USC, within walking distance to the County Art Museum, Petersen Automotive Museum, Beverly Center, Farmers Market and more. Access is by number coded locks, so you won't have to worry about keys. Relax on the sunny deck or in the peaceful garden. UCLA is less than 5 miles west. USC is about the same distance east. Transportation is easy with public transport just a few minutes away. If you have a car - you'll find parking here is easy. As your hosts - we're retired professionals, an international journalist and a teacher. We are relatively new to Sabbatical Homes having hosted 2 PhD candidates for most of the last year.
