This large town house set over three floors provides really comfortable accommodation, within an easy walking distance to Forest Hill station. The house is surrounded by green open spaces and scenic local woods. London Bridge is just 12 minutes by train, the house is within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of central London. Pubs, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep, for days when a day out is just too much. Quirky shops make a leisurely stroll on the high street a pleasure. Our local pool with an on site gym is minutes away as is our local library that often hosts free children’s activities, from very young to the older ones. With a garden to relax in after a long day of work or sightseeing, this house is ideal for families visiting London and the South East. Lounge A cosy space with a lovely comfortable three seater sofa and comfy Ottoman making for a nice evening in for the average family watching something on the TV (inc. Netflix). This space is part of a larger open plan space including a dining area and kitchen looking out into a bidding filled tiered garden. Kitchen diner A large kitchen sits along side the dining space. With eight seats, and a high chair on request - a big family dinner will be super comfortable. For quieter mornings or socialising over the meal prep we have a couple of chairs to sit at a breakfast bar. An energy efficient electric induction hob, a fridge freezer, microwave and oven, dishwasher make this a home from home. A washing machine is located in the utility room off the kitchen. There is plenty of storage for food and simple items eg salt pepper oil will be provided. The kitchen comes fully equipped for a family of eight with everything you will need and more. Garden The garden is a wonderful space to relax in. A comfortable lawn to play on, a large seating area with provided cushions to relax in front of a fire, and a hidden away private nook for a solitary cup of something warm to greet the day. A kettle BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking. Master Bedroom Double size bed and built-in wardrobe, overlooking the garden. Second Bedroom Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Main Bathroom An airy bathroom on first floor has a separate walk in shower and bathtub. L’Occitane products are provided for guest use. Guest towels are also provided. We also have an additional toilet downstairs. A convenient lock box means checking in yourself at any time is easy. The local area has lovely independent cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. The lovely high-street at Forest Hill with swimming pool and gym, library, a Sainsbury’s, a zero waste shop and excellent cafes. We are surrounded by excellent parks. Well's Park is just a stone's throw away and is lovely for an evening walk. Mayow Park and Crystal Palace Park (with Dinosaurs) are only 10 minutes walk away, as is the Horniman Museum and Gardens. A little further there is the famous Dulwich Park with ponds, playground and a wonderful café. Sydenham Woods is also just a 10 minute walk away and is a fabulous ancient woodland. Here you will also find the Dulwich Wood House pub with it's fabulous outdoor beer garden and fantastic food. Transport Unusually for London, it also has a dedicated parking space for one car in addition to free local on street parking. Local train stations: 7 minute walk to Forest Hill Station (London Bridge 12 mins), Sydenham Station (Victoria 35 mins). Both Forest Hill and Sydenham stations are also on the London Overground with direct links to Canada Water and then onto Stratford and many other London destinations on the Underground..

Comments: Situated in a popular suburb of South East London with excellent transport links to Central London. Spacious property with off-street parking and well maintained rear garden.
